United Kingdom & Ireland:
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and can take 1 business day for Next Day Delivery and 1-2 business days for 1st class post. Orders over £70 will be sent by Recorded Delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm this.
All orders are sent in plain packaging with no external labels to indicate what is inside the parcel. This way, items can be delivered to any address you wish discreetly.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving within the expected time frame, please allow 15 days from the date of dispatch (as per Royal Mail guidelines) before contacting us. When contacting us, please include your name and your shipping address so that we can check this against our records.
We use 2D barcode tracking for all orders and will be able to track your order and provide a delivery update in most cases.
We currently ship to most international destinations. We use Royal Mail International airmail for all items below a value of £70. For orders above £70, these will be sent using Royal Mail's International Signed For service. This service requires a signature upon delivery and is tracked. Delivery usually takes between 5-10 business days. Please note there can be unexpected delays depending on your local postal service.
For all orders requiring a customs form we will complete this and mark the item as "clothing". Please be aware that all orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are calculated once this item has arrived in your country. We have no control over these charges levied and so cannot accept responsibility for them. Customers are responsible for these charges.
We offer a full 30 day return policy. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days following the date of sale. Any returns received outwith this time frame will not be valid for a refund. Products should be returned in the original packaging. We recommend buyers obtain proof of shipping from the Post Office. This is free and will cover the cost of replacement should the item be damaged or lost in transit.
Before returning your item please ensure you have read the below return terms & conditions;
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached
- Your original invoice MUST be included as we cannot process returns without this
- All composite items that were included at the point of sale must be included in the return to avoid a deduction
- We cannot accept returns on thongs, knickers or hosiery. (This does not apply to lingerie or burlesque sets that include these items).
When the return is received within 30 days following the order date, we will reimburse the delivery charges. Delivery costs are only reimbursed when the complete order is returned. We do not offer delivery cost refunds when only part of the order is returned.

If you wish to exchange we kindly request all buyers to follow the same steps as above to return the original item to us for a full refund. Buyers can then purchase the exchange item separately.
We take great care to ensure we send out your order in a perfect condition but in the event you receive a faulty/ damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The item can be sent back for a replacement or a full refund. We will reimburse the return postage costs to you once the item has arrived back with us. Please note that we can only return the cost of standard 2nd class shipping.
For all returns, we will check the items following receipt and process a refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-5 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
